-Thursday: Arrival, check-in, welcome round with breathwork, dinner together
-Friday: Morning ritual with breathing exercises, guided hike to the Birnbachloch with ice bath, theory on the Wim Hof Method, dinner
-Saturday: Intensive Breathwork session, deepening the cold technique with ice bath, scientific background, reflection and dinner together
-Sunday: Final breathing session, integration of what has been learned, final round with ice bath, optional lunch and use of the spa
