Then become a BEST WELLNESS FRIEND now and benefit from your loyalty. Receive valuable cashback for your stays in the Best Alpine Wellness Hotels and use it on your next spa holiday in one of the hotels or when shopping in the Best Wellness Shop. You will receive the card by post!
You can register as a club member online at any time. It is also possible to register for the club during a stay at one of our hotels. Or have a card handed to you when you check out during your stay and then complete your registration online.
You will receive 1% cashback on your accommodation costs. The calculation is based on the gross accommodation costs (minus: vouchers, Wellness Club annual discount, WC 5% discount, in-house special discounts (e.g. Happy Tuesday, etc.)).
The cashback will be credited to your membership card. You can redeem the accumulated credit on further stays at the Best Alpine Wellness Hotels or in the Best Alpine Wellness Hotels shop to purchase vouchers or a wide variety of items.
You will receive the card directly at the hotel or, if you register online, you will receive the card by post (approx. 5-10 days).
Friends Club cashback bonuses can only be credited retrospectively within 14 days of the end of the stay in question. Please check after your stay whether the cashback has been successfully credited. Subsequent bookings are not possible.
Participation in the Club is basically free of charge, only an annual fee of € 1.20 per card is retained as a card fee. (Only if the card is loaded with cashback)
Membership is not limited in time, is free of charge apart from the card fee and can be cancelled at any time.
You can check your personal credit balance at any time on the customer portal.
The credits are redeemable one day after the date of crediting and can be redeemed within a period of 5 years. There is no cash redemption of the credit.
If you have lost your password, click on ‘Forgotten password?’ You will then immediately receive your personal password at the e-mail address you entered.
You can change your address details and postal address conveniently from home in your profile on the customer portal.
