Local added value, close cooperation with local companies and short transportation routes
were not only decisive, but true principles during the renovation in 2006.
The bio-heating plants in the Wacht and modern construction techniques make it possible
to save 120,000 liters of heating oil annually. The sensitive recycling of residual materials
is a further contribution to environmentally friendly living in an impressive natural
landscape in which people can also thrive.
