The Alpenresort Schwarz on the Mieminger Plateau is expanding the holistic wellness, health and fitness programme of the Me Holistic Spa with the Bliss House, which will open in 2024.
Bliss stands for perfect happiness, for a deep, fulfilling bliss. Alpenresort Schwarz in Mieming has made it its mission to evoke precisely this feeling of bliss in its guests.
With the reopening of the Bliss House, the wellness, health and fitness programme has been expanded to include a 300 m² fitness club with a variety of state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment. During their workout, guests have a unique view of the Tyrolean mountain panorama and the Mieminger golf course.
The new sports centre also offers bike hire with a large selection of high-quality models as well as children's bikes, exercise rooms for yoga & co, which can also be used for expert lectures, among other things.
A real highlight for young and old alike is the climbing wall on the outer façade of Bliss House - it's high up here.
For years, the Pirktl hotelier family has taken a holistic approach to beauty, which is not just about relaxing in the pools of the water world and the saunas of the sauna village, but also has a lot to do with fitness and health. The Blisshouse thus complements the existing offerings of the 5,500 m² Me Holistic Spa.
Around 40 qualified health experts at Alpenresort Schwarz help guests to find their own personal path to physical well-being and wellbeing. With special work-outs offered by the in-house team of trainers, with expert retreats and open yoga classes, with innovative treatments such as cryo cold therapy, microneedling, jetpeel or respiratory metabolism analysis and with medical treatments such as a customised vital substance infusion, blood laser therapy or medical fasting support.
The trio of doctors, Dr Heidi Pirktl, Dr Irene Brunnhuber and Dr Julia Cordin, cover a wide range of health focuses.
