Always in a good mood? Even if it's hard to imagine, it really does exist!

 

Jessica, who has been working in the front office at the Wellnessresidenz Alpenrose since 2024, is a prime example of this! ‘What I particularly appreciate about my work is the family atmosphere with all my colleagues, because we're not just a team, we're almost one big family.’ Even when she was still at school, she realised that her future didn't lie in her home town in Germany and she spontaneously chose Lake Achensee, which immediately won her over with its landscape and fresh mountain air. The region is also perfect for her hobbies, such as kitesurfing, skiing and hiking, and tennis is now a brand new addition to her sporting programme. ‘As a receptionist, I'm the first point of contact for our guests and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.’ Jessica's favourite part of her job is not only making sure that no wish goes unfulfilled, but that many wishes don't even have to be expressed. After leaving school, it quickly became clear that the hotel industry was her passion, which is why she completed her training in hotel management in Ingolstadt and is also studying to become a hotel economist by distance learning! Here at Alpinen Kraftplatz, she can gain valuable practical experience in addition to the content of her studies and put what she has learnt into practice straight away.
